Here’s everything you need to know.

Order Processing Times (a.k.a. how fast we print and pack your stuff)

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, without messing up your order or forgetting your lid (which would be tragic).


Typical dispatch time:
✅ 2-3 business days from order payment


During peak periods (sales, holidays, “everyone suddenly wants gifts at once” season), dispatch times may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you posted.

Delivery Timeframes (after it leaves us)

Once your order is shipped, delivery time depends on your location + chosen shipping option.

Estimated delivery times (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: approx. 2–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: typically 1–3 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: may take longer (we see you, Alice Springs 👀)

All parcels are shipped via trusted carriers like Australia Post and selected courier partners.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

Need it by a specific date?

If you’re ordering for a birthday, surprise gift, or “I forgot my anniversary” situation, we get it.

Best tips:

  • Order early where possible
  • Choose Express Shipping if you’re cutting it close
  • If it’s urgent, contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your address
  • parcel size/weight
  • selected delivery method

You’ll see the final shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping email.

If tracking says “It’s on board for delivery” and then disappears into the void, don’t panic. That’s… sadly normal.

Important (but boring) legal stuff

Under Australian Consumer Law, we’re responsible for dispatching your order within a reasonable timeframe.

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is largely outside of our control.

So basically:
✅ We guarantee dispatch
❌ We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates

Delivery Issues (lost parcels / marked delivered but not here)

If tracking says Delivered but you don’t have it:

  • Check around your property (front door, side gate, safe drop spot)
  • Ask neighbours / building manager
  • Contact the carrier for proof of delivery (GPS scan/photo)
  • If still missing, contact us and we’ll help where we can

Wrong item / damaged item?

We pack orders carefully, but if something turns up damaged, incorrect, or missing:

✅ Email us within 7 days of delivery
✅ Include your order number + photos if relevant
✅ We’ll sort it quickly (without making it weird)
